The Management of Irrua Specialist Teaching Hospital (ISTH) played host to the Management of Prime Feed Flour Mills (PFFM), Ewu, Esan Central Local Government Area — former “Bendel Feed and Flour Mills” — recently at the board room of the hospital.
Speaking at the gathering, the Managing Director of PFFM, Pastor Henry Amiekhema, on behalf of his team, said the reason for the visit is to inform management of their partnership with the hospital in terms of efficient and effective health care delivery for their staff. The company has been in operation for two years, with a current staff strength of about 300 personnel which is expected to double soon.
The Managing Director stressed that their choice of ISTH is due to the excellent records the hospital has earned and maintained over the years, promising to cooperate and collaborate with the institution for a friendly and positive partnership. He used the opportunity to thank the Chief Medical Director/Chief Executive Officer of the hospital, Prof. Reuben A. Efiediyi, for his friendly disposition towards them.
Responding, the Chairman, Medical Advisory Committee, Dr. Michael Olakule Obagaye, who represented the Chief Medical Director/Chief Executive Officer, thanked members of the team for coming and choosing ISTH as a strategic partner while stating that the hospital is ready to accommodate, accept and partner with them in meeting their healthcare needs.
